Ingredients Required
1. 4 egg whites
1 tin of peak liquid milk
8. tablespoons icing sugar
Gelatin—12 ( teaspoon )
1 teaspoon vanilla flavour

2. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, pour the milk and mix it thoroughly.
4. Stir the icing sugar into the milk. Whisk until the icing sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened. Lastly, whisk in the egg.
