Cream cheese, 300g
Citrus juice
Flour
two eggs
150 g of yoghurt
8 g of sugar
Any fruit
Preparation
Put your cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and combine thoroughly.
When adding the eggs, stir. Next, thoroughly combine the flour, yoghurt, and lemon juice. Cut your fruit into little pieces, then reserve it.
The mixture should be poured into a cake butter and baked for 15 minutes at 1600C.
Slice after adding the fruit dice to the batter.
