Ingredients Required
3 cups of raw nuts (groundnuts)
3 eggs
2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar
3 cups of flour
salt to taste

Preparation:
Previously roasted groundnuts are an option (peanuts). However, you can roast or fry your raw peanuts if you have any on hand.
I soak the peanuts in boiling water for 15 minutes before frying them for added flavour, then drain and dry them for an additional hour. I then cover a skillet with a generous layer of table salt and roast (fry) the peanuts until they are browned. The peanuts should be sieved out and placed in a tray to cool.
Add salt and sugar to a bowl with the cracked eggs. Blend thoroughly.
Pour the roasted peanuts into a larger bowl. Sprinkle the peanuts with one tablespoon of the whisked egg. After that, add one tablespoon of flour and stir.
Continue until all of the flour and eggs have been used. You’ll get peanuts with a fine coating as a result.
The coated peanuts should be fried in hot oil until golden brown.

For added flavour, you can flavour the egg mixture with a drop of vanilla.
Additionally, you can combine the flour with one teaspoon of powdered milk and one teaspoon of grated nutmeg.
